HEALTH LAW
The Health Law also regulates both the relations of those who request and provide health care services with each other and their relations with the government. As a mixed branch of law, Health Law contains rules specific to both private law branches and public law branches.
There many regulations on health law in the Constitution, and some of the principles found here actually form the basis of health legislation. The most basic right of people is the “right to live”. In the 56. article of the Constitute, it is stated that everyone has the right to live in a healthy and balanced environment. This right means that everyone is offered services on equal terms, regardless of the person. Everyone is equally entitled to receive the most appropriate treatment for their essentially diagnosed disease, under modern standards and supported by all scientific principles. Therefore, it is quite an important concept to be meticulous about. Both doctors and patients need legal support from time to time. In these cases where important rights are at stake, it is necessary to consult a lawyer who is an expert in their field. Our institution has been providing services in the field of health law for many years and has experienced lawyers in this field.
